Eye pillows are the perfect addition to your at home self care routine with many uses including easing headaches and migraines, helping sore eyes and aid in relaxation and sleep. They can be used cold, warm or at room temperature for multiple purposes depending on your need. Each Eye Pillow is approx 9cm x 19cm perfect for use across the eyes or on targeted parts of the body.

Relaxing Eye Pillow

To use at room temperature lay down and place the eye pillow over your eyes. This is useful for sore eyes, headaches, migraines, and relaxation.
To use cold, place in the freezer until it is cold (approximately 30 minutes) and then place over your eyes while lying down. This is useful for sore eyes, headaches and migraines.
To use warm, place in the microwave and heat on high for 30-60seconds. Be careful not to overheat. When removed from microwave adjust to spread heat evenly. Place the pillow on your desired part of the body. Avoid placing the warm pillow your eyes, unless directed by your eye specialist for conditions such as dry eye or sore sinus.
